摘要: Background and aims. This in vitro study evaluated the effect of delaying composite resin restorative procedures bonded with total-etch self-etch adhesive systems on microleakage following root canal irrigation sodium hy-pochlorite (NaOCl) solution. Materials methods. The roofs pulp chambers roots (1–2 mm below furcation) 40 human first molar teeth were cut tissues completely removed. randomly divided into two main groups (n = 20). Group E (experimental) was irrigated 5% NaOCl group C (control) left untreated. For experimental group, after obturation canals gutta-percha sealing cavity Cavit, specimens stored artificialsaliva for weeks. Then each subgroups according to or application protocol: Scotchbond Multi-Purpose Clearfil SE Bond. restored using bonding agent: Z250 Photo Core, respectively. Fluid filtration method used evaluation microleakage. Data analyzed two-way ANOVA (α 0.05). Results. Two types dentin showed no statistically significant differences (P 0.77). NaOCl-treated demonstrated significantly higher values compared non-NaOCl-treated (P= 0.001). interaction between factors not 0.78). Conclusion. Differences inlay temperature had CAD/CAM inlays lower cement thick-ness than laboratory-made inlays, but this related their
