摘要: The purpose was to investigate by push-out tests and scanning electron microscopy (SEM)/energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) the effect, after first acid etching post space walls, of three radicular dentine treatments on regional bond strength quartz fibre posts placed using two heavily filled resin luting cements. crowns 39 extracted maxillary central incisors were sectioned transversely 2 mm coronal labial cement-enamel junction roots endodontically treated. After standardized preparations 15 s with 32% phosphoric acid, 36 randomly divided into six equal groups. Quartz (D.T. LIGHT-POST) (0.9% sodium chloride (NaCl) for 60 s, 10% hypochlorite (NaOCl) 17% ethylenediaminetetraacetic (EDTA) followed 5.25% NaOCl s) composite cements (ONE-STEP PLUS/DUO-LINK; ONE-STEP PLUS/LuxaCore Dual). Transverse segments (S1–S7), 1.00 (SD = 0.05 mm) thick, from 8 each root. Push-out performed coronal, middle apical (S2, S4, S6) at a crosshead speed 0.5 mm/min. Data recorded analyzed two-way mixed ANOVA design (a 0.05). Three (S1, S5, S7) in group examined SEM/EDS. preparation, treatments, remaining longitudinally SEM observation walls. At all root segment sites, mean strengths 0.9% NaCl significantly lower than other (P ≤ 0.02), DUO-LINK cement had higher LuxaCore Dual 0.01). There significant linear trend reduced < 0.001), which supported SEM/EDS observations tubule appearance tag formation. Acid either or EDTA spaces provided good adhesion infiltration dentinal tubules particular.
