摘要: When designing new wind farms, one has to rely on models describing the flow field around and inside farm, since direct numerical simulation is far too computationally expensive. In order develop better for power prediction of knowledge about turbines, stability wakes interaction between them essential. Since conditions during measurements are difficult control, tunnel play an important role when studying behind turbines. Within present work, experimental methodology been developed study evolution tip vortices shed from rotor blades a small-scale turbine model. The was studied by introducing periodic disturbance flow, which shown have clear effect development vortices. Prior vortex breakdown, signs pairing were also observed. A parameter performed varying amplitude frequency forced disturbance, evaluated. This experiment first where influence wake studied, something that previously in number studies.
