摘要: Restricted grain size sediment samples were collected along two streams. Metal content in some may have been influenced by landfill emissions. Each sample was divided into a grab portion, quartered and portion crushed sieved to smaller then quartered. A duplicate from each of these portions extracted. The Cu, Pb, Zn, Co, Ba, Fe, Mn, Ca quantities determined for sample. Relative standard deviation used reflect homogeneity metal content. occurrence represented speciated metals or major components chemical phases. Results indicated that variation among uniform did not vary as function absolute quantity. Homogeneity similar the same samples. more homogeneous state displayed sediments. However, this activity enriched softer phases associated metals. It concluded sediments need be obtain better distribution field should prior analyses. Assessment affected emission sources must include knowledge individual
