摘要: A delivery composition for water-insoluble pharmaceutical active ingredients, the including ingredient(s), a water miscible solvent(s) and amphiphilic co-solvent(s), mixture of hydrophilic hydrophobic non-ionic surfactants. The solvent preferably comprises ethanol and/or propyleneglycol polyethyleneglycol. co-solvent diethylenglycol monoethylether 1,3-dimethylisosorbide N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone. surfactants may comprise one or more polyoxyethylene glycolated natural hydrogenated vegetable oils transesterification products oil triacylglycerides polyalkylene glycols. Upon dilution in an aqueous medium, this formulation spontaneously forms dispersion surfactant nanoparticles.
