摘要: — A modification of the available methods was used for preparation nerve and glia cell-enriched fractions from rabbit brain spinal cord. The rate incorporation tritiated leucine turnover rates protein during 10 days studied in bulkprepared cell fractions. into fraction approximately three times greater than fraction. cells had one rapid slow phase decline radioactivity, while glial were characterized by a more uniform decline. soluble radioactivity followed whole tissue cord certain differences between two observed.
