摘要: Three types of Ti–Si binary oxides have been prepared by sol-gel processes. The effects SiO2 addition and annealing temperature on the grain size, phase transition, dispersion, microstructure nanocrystalline (nc) TiO2 anatase in three oxide structures comparatively investigated X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). growth anatase-rutile transformation (ART) ncTiO2 were found to depend not only content temperature, but also composite structure. Both ART proved be significantly inhibited with increasing for all samples, structure intimately mixed showed best inhibiting ability under high-temperature annealing. This result might attributed variations large lattice strains ncTiO2, which mainly induced substitution Ti4+ Si4+. Plausible mechanisms are proposed. To inhibit 10 30 mol% optimal samples annealed at 773 K 1273 K, respectively.
