摘要: — The blood supply to regenerative nodules in liver cirrhosis was studied by scanning electron microscopy of microvascular casts. Cirrhotic are surrounded many arterioles with rich anastomoses that form a perinodular arteriolar plexus: these connect sinusoids the nodules. portal vein branches, on contrary, distorted and compressed connective tissue. These findings illustrate how mainly nourished hepatic arterial via plexus.
