摘要: This study aims to investigate the influence of construction schemes for non-compensatory composite indicators by multiplicative utility functions on flood vulnerability assessment. The outcomes are evaluated and compared 231 administrative districts in Republic Korea, based two different aggregation from three assessment components such as exposure, sensitivity, coping, presented IPCC Third Assessment Report. one scheme uses coping component having a negative functional relationship with divisor, other employs lack opposite concept multiplier. As result comparison analysis, some show markedly large differences ranking orders using same proxy variables. For robustness outcomes, it is necessary compile indicator under condition that all constituent have directional elasticity vulnerability. can help select proper framework constructing provide useful information supporting policy decision-making complex issues.
