摘要: Abstract The distribution of peripheral blood lymphocytes that contain surface Ig has been studied by means immunofluorescence in humans. Normal individuals, individuals with sex-linked and acquired agammaglobulinemia, selective IgA deficiency, cellular immune deficiencies, chronic lymphatic leukemia (CLL) were studied. Approximately 28% the from normal contained Ig. On an average 15% IgG, 6%, IgA, 8%, IgM; kappa: lambda ratio was 2:1. Lymphocytes patients CLL appeared to be “monoclonal” cells a given individual had single associated them (e.g., kappa IgM). In three-quarters cases H chain class remaining one-quarter no could detected on cell surface. The L 12 8. Four agammaglobulinemia one “acquired” markedly decreased numbers (0-4%). contrast, three deficiency detectable serum (6-8%) IgA. Five states, including two Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome, or low percentage
