摘要: Turkey, as a rapidly developing and changing country, has undergone extensive administrative, political, economic reforms since the late 1990s. These have helped realign powers, functions relations of central government local administrations, state, market, civil society. As result recent strong one party political stability 2002, Turkey achieved steady high development improved its governance system. Yet, there still seems to be some shortcomings problems, thus need for further institutional change in particularly areas democratization, central-local relations, human rights freedoms, rule law, party, election systems.
