Efficiency Improvement Method Research about the Assembly Line Based on JIT

摘要: Automatic production line for a cable balancing,products,inventories,production efficiency can not meet customer needs,to improve the program based on JIT.Flexible use of Hill plot table,material and information flow diagram tool to analyze lines balance rate from 70.97% 83.3%,and Kanban way introduce line,to achieve pull production,production process cycle,the Lead Time is reduced 19.1 days 7.6 days.
