摘要: Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PIPAAm) has been applied to thermal on-off switching polymers for drug release[l]. We have reported that, when PIPAAm is grafted on the surface of a cell culture dish, cells cultured dish can easily be detached at temperature lower than LCST without any help trypsin etc.[2]. In this study, was characterized and attachment/detachment behavior dishes discussed. The changed from hydrophobic(37°C) hydrophilic(15°C) degree these changes able controlled by amount PIPAAm. Bovine endothelial could adhere surfaces whose graft level were below 2.2 μ g/cm2 37 °C detach over 0.8 g/cm2at 15 °C. It concluded that 0.8~2.2 good attachment / detachment behavior.
