Photosynthesis and nitrogen allocation in needles in the sun and shade crowns of hybrid larch saplings: effect of nitrogen application

摘要: We studied the effects of applying 50 kg(N) ha−1 year−1 nitrogen (N) on needle photosynthesis, N allocation and nutrient content in sun- shade crowns hybrid larch F1 (Larix gmelinii var. japonica × L. kaempferi). The light-saturated net photosynthetic rate (PNmax) was not significantly affected by application or crown position, although contents N, P, K, chlorophyll (Chl), maximum rates carboxylation electron transport were lower needles than sun crown. This difference mainly due to an increase intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) Analysis systems revealed that more allocated functions related ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate (RuBP) regeneration regulated light conditions, rather
