摘要: The circadian and the cricannual variations of nephrotoxicity tobramycin were studied in female Sprague-Dawley rats. Animals maintained on a light-dark period 1410 hrs (light on: 06h00 to 20h00). They injected once daily for 4 10 days with saline or at dose 40 mg/kg/day i.p. either 08h00, 14h00, 20h00 02h00, April 1991, July 91, October January 92. In 14h00 during induced significant increase [3H]-thymidine incorporation into DNA renal cortex as compared other groups (p < 0.01): toxicity was highest lowest 02h00. No temporal change observed cortical accumulation tobramycin, serum creatinine after treatment. experiments done April, 1991 1992, no circannual variation found levels but peaks 02h00 1992. There linear correlation between (r=0.21). data suggest that changes are due susceptibility cells tobramycin.
