摘要: A cohort study of 292 Chinese women was conducted to determine the relationship between human papillomavirus (HPV) type 16 variants and persistent viral infection. Enrolled patients were HPV16 positive had both normal cytology histology. Flow-through hybridization gene chip technology used identify HPV type. PCR sequencing assay performed find E2, E6 E7 variants. The associations these infection analyzed by Fisher's exact test.
