摘要: Fas Ag is a cell surface protein that can mediate apoptosis and belongs to the TNF receptor family. The product of protooncogene bcl-2, membrane-associated protein, has been shown inhibit in various hematopoietic cells including B T cells. To examine possible interaction we coexpressed human bcl-2 cDNA murine IL-3-dependent FDC-P1 line lymphoma WR19L. transformants expressing showed prolonged survival IL-3 depletion. alone were killed by anti-Fas antibody presence IL-3. Overexpression resulted partial inhibition Fas-induced death. WR19L partially resistant cytolytic activities TNF-alpha treatment. These results suggest may share same signaling pathway, interferes with apoptotic process mediated receptor.
