摘要: Apoptosis is involved in many facets of the development and homeostatic regulation immune system (Cohen 1993), including elimination self-reactive thymocytes, selection B lymphocytes within germinal centres, memory T cells killing target by activated cytotoxic (Jenkinson et al. 1989; Finkel 1991; Berke Liu Akbar 1993).
