摘要: The widespread use of phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors has attracted broad attention counterfeiters to develop illicit erectile products with inaccurate amounts, unknown toxicity, and purity active ingredients. Correspondingly, intake these endangers consumer health needs be screened for precautionary actions reduce this risk. Therefore, in study, a sensitive rapid analytical method been developed simultaneous determination selected present medications human urine. Quantification the analytes was performed by liquid chromatography coupled quadrupole-time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry system. chromatographic separation successfully achieved run period 8 min.
