摘要: Adult height and body weight are positively associated with breast cancer risk after menopause, but few studies have investigated these factors according to molecular subtype. A total of 18,562 postmenopausal Norwegian women who were born between 1886 1928 followed up for incidence from the time (between 1963 1975) measured until 2008. Immunohistochemical in situ hybridization techniques used subtype 734 incident cases into Luminal A, B [human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2-)], (HER2+), HER2 subtype, basal-like phenotype (BP) five-negative (5NP). We Cox regression analysis assess adult mass index (BMI) relation subtypes. found a positive association (ptrend , 0.004), there was no clear any other BMI all luminal subtypes, including 0.002), (HER2-) 0.02), (HER2+) 0.06), also 0.04), not BP or 5NP Nonetheless, statistical tests heterogeneity did provide evidence that associations differed across This study among suggests is cancer. subtypes
