摘要: The monoterpenes (R)-(−)-carvone and (S)-(+)-carvone inhibited sprout growth in a model system consisting of sprouts growing from potato eye pieces. tissue was not necrotic after carvone treatment the inhibition reversible, since showed regrowth either by continued top or branching. However, effect both isomers on differed, elongation sooner than did (R)-(−)-carvone.
