摘要: Purpose Bonding agents (BA) are the crucial weak link of composite restorations. Since commercial materials' compositions not disclosed, studies to formulize optimum ratios different components value. The aim this study was find a proper formula BAs. Materials and methods This explorative experimental in vitro composed 4 sets extensive experiments. A BA 7 formulas were compared terms degree conversion (5 formulas), shear bond strength, mode failure, microleakage (3 formulas). Statistical analyses performed (α=.05). DC selected tested one year later. Results two-way ANOVA indicated significant difference between strength (SBS) two tissues (dentin vs. enamel, P=.0001) way that dentinal bonds weaker. However, there no four materials (P=.283). adhesive failure predominant all groups. No differences at occlusal (P=.788) or gingival (P=.508) sites detected (Kruskal-Wallis). Mann-Whitney U test showed material) together site versus (P=.041). Conclusion with 62% bisphenol A-glycidyl methacrylate (Bis-GMA), 37% hydroxy ethyl (HEMA), 0.3% camphorquinone (CQ), 0.7% dimethyl-para-toluidine (DMPT) seems for mass production. SBS might be respectively higher lower on dentin enamel.
