摘要: Alkyl phospholipids are a diverse chemical species characterized structurally by the presence of an ether bond at sn-1 position glycerol moiety. This linkage confers unique pharmacological properties upon this group molecules and distinguishes them from other phospholipids, which usually possess ester position. In review we consider role two different classes these compounds, platelet-activating factor (PAF) related alkyl lysophospholipids (ALP), in modulating complex system host defenses, particular direct effects PAF on cellular interactions immune response tumoricidal activity ALP.
