摘要: As the certain basis of implementation risk decision, assessment was used widely for reasonable allocation scarce shipping oil spill response resources, but there is no a unified regulation evaluation method. Three feasible methods assessment, baseline detailed and combination evaluation, are respectively introduced, including advantages disadvantages. Then around present environmental damage study in China abroad then introduced detail. Environmental instantly popular appraisal methods, research hot spots most comprehensive model. Finally possible direction development put forward order to provide inspiration references developing domestic assessment.
