An AHSC where a leading university joins major tertiary care provider tripartite mission excellence clinical service, research education. AHSCs drive continuum from innovation, to bedside, community, endeavouring ensure that latest advances highest standards reach patients. They are so established abroad debate has moved on extending into systems or networks embrace primary global responsibilities. 2
