摘要: The immune response to colorectal cancer has proven be a reliable measure of patient outcome in several studies. However, the complexity this disease is not well understood, particularly interactions between tumour-associated cells and innate adaptive system. This review will discuss relationship associated fibroblasts macrophages, as macrophages T cells, demonstrate how each population may support or prevent tumour growth different environment.
