摘要: The practice of corporate Cross-border M&A (Merger and Acquisition) indicates that the merger is key Chinese cultural integration core proposition. enterprise not only faces competitions among differential enterprises, but also suffers obstacles different national cultures, i.e. obstacle “dual cultures”. At same time, in collision process, cultures” identify mingle each other gestate interior mechanism new culture. This article empirically studies performance cooperative by combined method theoretic analysis modeling.
