摘要: Abstract Under continuous irrigation with Bahr El Baqar drain water in Egypt, chemical speciation of Pb and Cd soils is critical to understand, their mobility potential toxic effects. In the present study, sorption isotherm experiments these metals nine representative were assessed at varying metal concentrations (20, 40, 60, 80 100 mg l −1 ), solid liquid ratio 5 g/50 ml contact time (24 h). Additionally, kinetic performed using initial concentration or 2, 4, 8, 12 24 h. The two carried out 298 K. Low amounts found exchangeable carbonate fractions comparing residual, oxides organic for most studied soils. On other hand, residual fraction was dominant all soils, followed by fraction. Both Langmuir Freundlich models adsorption fitted. second-order model best fit mechanism These are still able be retained more loaded Cd, since they did not reach saturation capacities. Taken together, accumulation will exposed environment real disaster under bad management this region.
