摘要: Abstract Kinetics of Ostwald ripening in emulsions aliphatic C9C16 hydrocarbons stabilized by sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) was studied means photon correlation spectroscopy. Two kinds systems were studied. In the first case, emulsion medium a diluted molecular solution SDS; second one, concentrated micellar SDS. The experimental values absolute rates compared with theoretical values. It found that are systematically higher factor ∼2.5 than ones. shown solubility did not contribute essentially to kinetics investigated systems. A method for evaluation organic liquids water, very low detection limit about ∼10−11 ml/ml, proposed.
