摘要: Interprofessional communication and teamwork are essential for medication safety; however, limited educational opportunities health professionals students to develop these skills exist in Japan. This study evaluated the impact of an interprofessional multimedia learning resource on registered nurses' nursing students' intention practice a manner promoting safety. Using quasi-experimental design, Japanese nurses (n = 203) were allocated experimental (n = 109) or control group (n = 94). Behavioral intentions safety predictor variables attitudes, perceived behavioral control, subjective norms measured using version Theory Planned Behavior Medication Safety Questionnaire. Registered demonstrated greater collaborate that enhanced safety, evidenced by higher scores than all variables. The results demonstrate potential resources positively behaviors relation safe practices. Further research other contexts with cohorts is warranted.
