摘要: Abstract In this study, a multiphase coating was prepared on graphite substrate by two-step technique to improve oxidation resistance of graphite. The first step prepare functionally graded SiC layer pack cementation process and the second obtain nano SiO 2 thin film slurry painting technique. microstructure surface chemistry were characterized X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy photoelectron spectroscopy. spectral deconvolution conducted using CasaXPS software based Gaussian-Lorentzian function. isothermal test coated samples performed at 1773 K for 10 h. A 500 μm thick C–SiC observed graphite-coating interface. An amorphous nanofibers with diameter in range 30–75 nm formed coatings. can efficiently
