摘要: Abstract : A methodology for designing silicon complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) integrated circuits (ICs) implementation with optoelectronic (OE) technology is presented. Optoelectronic involves the bonding of laser detectors and transmitters to ports on surface IC. The that connect devices are metal pads placed in a gridded area array. focuses only design digital logic circuitry an FSOI system consists partitioning at level multiple IC implementation, using Very high-speed circuit Hardware Description Language (VHDL) as means entry definition, computer-aided (CAD) tools synthesis automatic placement routing transistors, enhancing CAD perform automated array pads. results applying this approach number ICs discussed also.
