Percutaneous could be most appropriately under local anesthesia, method requiring less time than method, which turn required gastrostomy. Feeding generally instituted successfully 24 hours after 3 days "Introducer" not associated peristomal infection, authors postulate that infections oropharyngeal bacteria brought through abdominal wall technique.
