摘要: Three types of artificial skin containing keratinocytic components were prepared and tested for comparison. Keratinocytes cultured on the dermis (collagen sponge) by air-liquid interface culture method. In order to create continuous layers dermis, pores its uppermost layer filled beforehand with type I collagen gel, Matrigel, or fibroblasts. A band keratinocytes consisting two six cell was formed gel-coated dermis. On Matrigel-coated piled up into about 20 layers, but differentiation incomplete; cornified material not fully developed, proportion cuboidal cells very high compared normal epidermis. fibroblasts-artificial complex without gel coating. proliferated well differentiated properly this matrix, their histologic appearance similar that Thus fibroblast-artificial seem be a good equivalent.
