摘要: An endoreversible power cycle can be seen as one in which two heat transfer processes and work production process series are sharing (and competing for) the same overall temperature potential. optimal allocation of difference available from a source sink between these therefore results dimensional search. It is found that, for Curzon–Ahlborn (C‐A) cycle, maximum occurs when shared equally processes, specified conductance distributed boiler condenser exchangers. A more flexible optimization approach consists analyzing C‐A within larger family cycles defined with operating range working fluid parameter. This general problem solved degree freedom search used to fit observed efficiency temperatures actual separate internal external irreversibilities.
