摘要: RESULTS: The mean age of the patients was 59.28±16.79, and 55% were male. common symptoms dyspnea (14.7%), fever (13.7%), systemic deterioration (11.9%); but most least frequent electrolyte imbalances hyponatremia hypermagnesemia, respectively. Most fi ndings in physical examination confusion (14%), edema (10%) rales (9%); pathological findings ECG tachycardia 24%, atrial brillation 7% patients. comorbidity malignancy (39%). diagnoses sepsis (11%), pneumonia (9%), acute renal failure (7%). CONCLUSIONS: Electrolyte are particular importance treatment ED Therefore, physicians must be acknowledged their fl uid-electrolyte balance dynamics general characteristics.
