摘要: The development of the nuclei hypothalamus was examined in normal and X-irradiated embryos from day 13 (E13) to before birth (E22). diencephalic neuroepithelium subdivided into three lobes (dorsal, medial, ventral) two lobules (superior inferior). is derived ventral lobe inferior lobule. neuroepithelial generates neurons most early arising hypothalamic structures, including those lateral tier associated with medial forebrain bundle, heterogeneous intermediate nuclei.
