摘要: Terminal differentiation of B cells to plasma is characterized by a marked change in the cellular morphology as develop capacity synthesize and secrete large quantities immunoglobulin (Ig). Concomitantly, decrease expression Ig MHC class II on cell surface. The terminally differentiated cease proliferate. Despite these well orchestrated series events that characterize terminal differentiation, molecular mechanisms underlie this process are not understood.
