摘要: The effect of temperature and light on the seed germination seven cultivars celery (Tall Utah 52-70R, Utah, Isel, Golden Spartan, Boy, Florida 683 Istar) has been studied. In general, highest percentages were obtained at 15°C 25/15°C. At relatively high temperatures (25°C), exposure increased germination, although magnitude this increase was variable depended cultivar. Similarly, eleven priming treatments assayed in Tall Utah. Priming did not affect final but effective reducing time to 50% percentage (T 50 ).
