摘要: We reviewed the MRI features in eight patients with spinal epidural lymphoma (clinically primary 4 patients); one patient had multiple lesions. The cervical spine was involved patient, thoracolumbar 5 and sacrum two. Mean longitudinal extension of lesion 2.6 vertebral segments. tumours were homogeneously isointense cord on T1-weighted images or hyperintense proton-density T2-weighted images. compressed four but showed signal changes only one. In five lesions communicated through intervertebral formaina paravertebral soft tissue masses. all diffuse body marrow consistent osteolytic osteobalstic identified adjacent to at distance from lesion. Vertebral collapse observed two patients.
