摘要: SUMMARY The modulation of calcium channel density and oxidative capacity in skeletal muscle after different training protocols were studied in 3-year-old Atlantic salmon smolts. effect endurance exercise on dihydropyridine (DHP) ryanodine (Ry) receptor densities as well metabolism were determined by immunoblot histochemical analysis from swimming muscles of fish subjected to nine varying duration and water current velocity. In general, caused a significant increase the density of both DHP Ry receptors types studied. red muscle, the most notable expression was observed muscle sections against intermediate velocity for 2-week period (182.3±16.3%, 234.6±30.3%, respectively). white muscle, most upregulated a 6-week period also at water velocity (270.4±23.9%, 114.4±15.3%, As with activity of enzymes involved energy supply, resulted a significant succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) activity, but decrease phosphorylase activity. We conclude that was upregulated muscles consequence exercise training. This, along increased enzyme provides benefits contraction efficiency while swimming. However, it optimal is achieved only proper program, since relevant changes in expression, capacity, seen in group
