摘要: Abstract A GC–EIMS method to determine the structure of fatty acid chains in cyclic lipopeptides is described. The can be determined by characteristic peaks MS spectrogram according fact that alpha cleavage predominates a with amino and hydroxy groups, while McLafferty rearrangement one without or group. characteristics strongest 103 102 spectrograms due represent β-hydroxy-fatty β-amino acid, respectively; peak 117 relatively weak 88 indicate branched methyl group at its position. 74 suggests ratio relative intensity (I43/I57) characterizes branches alkyl chains. greater I43/I57 corresponds an iso alkyl, smaller anteiso alkyl. This used full lipopeptides.
