摘要: Humans and cats have a long complex history together. Since the nineteenth century, contradictory ideas about need to protect care for moved us toward shift in ideas, values, behaviors more benign perception of than was generally case previous centuries. In some quarters, but not all, even feral begun be seen as worthy our study humane treatment. many countries, welfare all has become focus public concern, nowhere is values reflected on cats—defined unowned unsocialized cats. Feral likely exist everywhere humans traveled, whether deliberately introduced control rodents other pests, when they accidentally escape home, or been abandoned.
