摘要: BACKGROUND Concomitant application of anabolic-androgenic steroids and physical exercise can induce cardiac hypertrophy. These experiments investigate the still unknown response myocytes capillaries to combined influence various anabolic muscular exercise. METHODS Female SPF-NMRI mice were divided into following groups: a) sedentary control, b) (treadmill running); c) receiving Dianabol; d) + e) Oral-Turinabol. After 3 6 weeks left ventricular papillary muscles studied morphometrically. Evaluated variables: minimal myocyte diameter, number around a single myocyte, capillary density intercapillary distance. RESULTS Only groups showed mild In contrast, only alone caused significant increase after both experimental periods; e.g. (capillaries/mm2, mean values +/- standard deviation, p < 0.05): control (4,272 287), (5411 755), dianabol (4,004 333), (4,076 403), oral-turinabol (4,053 306). Moreover, unlike all other regimens, shortened Finally, without drugs induced greatest in myocyte. CONCLUSIONS Anabolic with exercise: 1) hypertrophy myocytes, 2) impair microvascular adaptation conditioning. The impairment may cause detrimental alteration myocardial oxygen supply, especially during
