摘要: Wilms’ tumor is the most common renal in children which diffusely anaplastic or unfavorable histology foreshadows poor prognosis. MicroRNAs are small, non-coding RNAs that negatively regulate gene expression at posttranscriptional level. Accumulating evidence shows microRNA dysregulation takes part pathogenesis of many diseases, such as chronic kidney polycystic disease, fibrosis, and cancers. In tumor, some key oncogenic tumor-suppressing microRNAs, miR-17~92 cluster, miR-185, miR-204, miR-483, has been documented. this review, we will summarize current on role dysregulated microRNAs development tumor.
