摘要: Wilms' tumor (WT) is the most common type of childhood kidney cancer, and cases present with favorable histology respond well to standard treatment. However, a subset patients WT diagnosed bilateral, relapsed, high-risk tumors which remain leading cause cancer-related death in children. Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) their aberrant expression have currently been attracting great attention as oncogenes or suppressors during initiation progression. So far, roles related competitive endogenous RNA (ceRNA) network unelucidated nephroblastoma pathogenesis. We comprehensively integrated lncRNA, microRNA (miRNA), messenger (mRNA) profiles from Therapeutically Applicable Research Generate Effective Treatment (TARGET) database screened out differentially expressed mRNAs (DEMs), lncRNAs (DELs), miRNAs (DEMis) construct ceRNA based on information generated miRcode, miRTarBase, TargetScan, miRDB. Gene ontology (GO) Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG) pathway enrichment analyses were performed analyze functional characteristics DEMs network. The interaction between protein molecules was also analyzed by establishing protein-protein Finally, prognosis-related biomarkers identified via survival analysis. Initially, 1647 DELs, 115 DEMis, 3280 (|log FC| > 2; FDR < 0.01) obtained using R package. Next, we constructed lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA (ceRNA network), 176 24 141 identified. For first time, study provided novel insight into lncRNA-related networks potential prognostic tumor.
