摘要: Wilms' tumor (WT) is the most common type of childhood kidney cancer, and cases present with favorable histology respond well to standard treatment. However, a subset patients WT diagnosed bilateral, relapsed, high-risk tumors which remain leading cause cancer-related death in children. Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) their aberrant expression have currently been attracting great attention as oncogenes or suppressors during initiation progression.
