摘要: Previous studies have shown that the 24-h unilateral ureteral obstructed kidney (UUO) responds to acute renal denervation after relief of obstruction with an increase in glomerular filtration rate (GFR), plasma flow (RPF), natriuresis, and diuresis, while bilateral (BUO), undergoing postobstructive diuresis obstruction, shows no response denervation. In present study, tissue norepinephrine (NE) content concentration were found be markedly decreased BUO suggesting partial denervation, NE was normal UUO kidney. The decrease organ specific since myocardial not affected, due uremia, rats made uremic by 24 h total intravenous urine reinfusion showed change content. Renal dopamine increased kidney, perhaps as a result decarboxylation dopa failure excretion, epinephrine reinfused groups, both which subjected stress uremia. probably indicates damage sympathetic nerve terminals high intrarenal pressure during suggests could contribute functional changes observed this experimental model.
