摘要: Charged multivesicular body protein (CHMP) represents a family of small helical proteins that contain an N-terminal basically charged region and smaller C-terminal acidic region, which are highly conserved in all eukaryotes. CHMP4B, core component the endosomal sorting complex required for transport (ESCRT)-III, is requisite other biological processes. Here, we demonstrate CHMP4B may be involved neuronal apoptosis processes intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). From results Western blot, immunohistochemistry immunofluorescence, obtained significant up-regulation neurons adjacent to hematoma following ICH. Increasing level was found accompanied by Fas receptor (Fas), ligand (FasL), active caspase-8, caspase-3. Besides, co-localized well with caspase-3 neurons, indicating its potential role apoptosis. What's more, our vitro study, using RNA interference PC12 cells, further confirmed might exert pro-apoptotic function on through extrinsic pathway. Thus, play promoting brain damage
