摘要: Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) is a serious medical problem, and effective treatment limited. Hemorrhaged blood highly toxic to the brain, heme, which mainly released from hemoglobin, plays vital role in neurotoxicity. However, specific mechanism involved heme-mediated neurotoxicity has not been well studied. In this study, we investigated of heme neurons. Neurons were treated with cell death, autophagy, endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress analyzed. addition, relationship between autophagy apoptosis heme-induced death downstream effects also assessed. We showed that induced The suppression using either pharmacological inhibitors (3-methyladenine) or RNA interference essential genes (BECN1 ATG5) decreased Moreover, ER activator thapsigargin increased ratio following treatment. Autophagy promoted through BECN1/ATG5 pathway. Our findings suggest potentiates neuronal via stress, turn induces Targeting stress-mediated might be promising therapeutic strategy for ICH.
