摘要: According to classic theories of anesthesia based on unitary nonspecific mechanisms anesthetic actions, one may be replaced freely by another, and, in the case combinations, effect mixtures is expected additive (10). However, even if state general narrowed only its components and type interacting drugs restricted inhaled anesthetics, some deviations from additivity can found (5,7). A rapid increase use intravenous for anesthesia, especially those acting via specific receptors, most important factor requiring revision above indicated conceptual approach interactions.
